Notes

  • Alerts are not sent when the status changes between Good Service and Minor Delays. This is because I figure most people don’t care enough about Minor Delays to want alerts, and it would be more annoying than helpful. Alerts are sent when the service returns to (only) Minor Delays after being on Severe Delays or similar though.

  • To change alert settings, use the link that is sent with the WhatsApp notifications.

  • To snooze notifications, just use the "Change my Alert Settings" link under one of the notifications in WhatsApp, and make sure no time slots are selected in your alert settings (don't use the settings link in the email).

  • To cancel entirely, make sure to also cancel your payments here.

  • To snooze notifications just use the "Change my Alert Settings" link under one of the notifications in WhatsApp

  • To cancel entirely, make sure to also cancel your payments here

If you're just trying this out, your alerts will be active for two weeks for free.
Unfortunately it costs me to run this, so if you find it useful I ask for a small donation to support it (£2/month) to keep alerts active after the trial.
